Thursday, September 11 was a deeply emotional day for so many of us. We had a beautiful special program for 2 hours. I did not feel that it was appopriate to do my normal promotion of the guests beforehand. It was just such a deep feeling of respect that made me hold off. I do want to acknowledge their time and contribution to the show, so I am doing this post tonight.
We had an amazing audience, with many of our regular listeners. The chat room was full of inspiration, tears, and stories, just like the discussions with the guests.
You can listen to the archives here. There were some sound issues, but please keep listening because we changed phones and amazing things did happen.

Hi,
We have interviews on two great books written by Vicki M Taylor. Visit her author’s page at www.vickimtaylor.com. She writes wonderful fiction for women.
“Not Without Anna”
Dr. Sally interviews fiction author Vicki Taylor on her book, “Not without Anna”.
Vicki M. Taylor’s Not Without Anna is a gut-wrenching look at the problems of teenage drug use and sexual activity in today’s society. Without judgment, Taylor explores the lives and emotional upheaval of a group of teenagers after the drowning death of one of their friends during a drug-fogged swimming party.
In similar fashion, she explores the emotions of the bereaved mother, left alone after her daughter’s death with only the girl’s diaries, discovering that the child she thought she knew did not exist.
As friends, loved ones, and a shocked town try to come to terms with the death, fingers begin to point and tempers flare. And just when you think you have it all figured out, a shocking twist changes everyone’s life–forever.
“Trust in the Wind”
When pregnant teen, Joanne, chooses single motherhood, she loses everything, including her family. Four years later, she’s fiercely independent, trusts no one and is barely keeping her head above water. Roy is a Hillsborough County Sheriff, and a widower who lost his wife and child during a burglary gone terribly wrong. Six years later, he still refuses to love for fear of losing it again. Together, these two just might get a second chance to learn about trust and love. When you can’t count on people, TRUST IN THE WIND.
