VANTAGE RESORT REALTY APPOINTS NEW CORPORATE BROKER OF RECORD FOR MULTIPLE STATES

OCEAN CITY, Md. – When Vantage Resort Realty President Brooke Pfautz searched for a Real Estate broker with all the qualifications to handle being the Broker of Record for the business in MD, DE, PA, NJ and future growth, he was pleased to find Bruce Witt.

Bruce Witt of Yardley, PA, has almost 20 years experience as a Real Estate Broker, and Trainer at Real Estate Schools. He is well regarded nationally as a trainer for the National Association of Realtors for their designation courses, as well as providing training to help prospective agents to get their licenses in PA, NJ, and DE. Bruce has travelled to provide corporate training in a variety of regions for his previous company.

Bruce is very excited to enter the new and wonderful world of Vantage Resort Realty. He will be helping the company to grow with additional states, manage current agents, and to grow the business using Social Media and the Internet. Soon, he will be starting an resort owner’s registry and blog to find interested owners in the programs. He will also be putting together training, blog posts, and club opportunity for investors interested in owning resort properties.

Bruce will work out of the main office in MD, as well as a new corporate office in Newtown, PA.
