Thank you for the inspiring message. I did take a moment to see the beauty around me…. I am visiting my mother in San Diego and I needed the reminder to slow down, recognize what is around me and appreciate all of the beauty. I appreciate you and your message.

Hi Dr. Sally! I have a deep connection to Nature, and I appreciate living in the suburbs, where I can hear the birds singing outside my office window, and when I feel like it, I can take a walk down in the garden and watch the trees, the flowers…
